George Wickham
Georgina (aka George) is joined the White Mills Team as Marina Manager at the beginning of May 2024. George has a wealth of boating knowledge, she has been boating since she was 16, and has wasted very little time in rolling her sleeves up and familiarising herself with White Mills and of course the River Nene. There are two little known facts about George (although there are probably many more … but for now) not only is George a keen clarinettist but she can also tell a gear box by its sound!
Jess Hollands
We are delighted to introduce Jess Hollands as our new boathouse manager. Jess joined the crew in 2025, and took up the role of manager at the beginning of this year. Jess has been in the catering industry for 14 years, and moved to Northamptonshire in 2021, with the intention of just staying six months. We’re glad to say, she loved it so much that she decided to stay and make it her home. Apart from enjoying the great outdoors, Jess’s other great passion are her cats, all five of them!
